Browsers We Do Not Support

  • AOL
  • Opera
  • Any browser not listed in the minimums
Operating Systems
  • Functionality with Windows 95 and higher, Linux/Unix and several derivatives, and Mac OS 10
  • The website will not specifically support Web TV
Plug-ins
The site will support:
  • "Acrobat PDF" for forms and documents - read and write
  • "QuickTime" for video
  • "MP3" for audio
  • "MP4" for video and audio
  • "MOV" for those that are not "QuickTime"
  • SwF. Files for Flash and Swish presentations
  • Shockwave files for Director presentations
Browser Troubleshooting

Pages Not Loading?
If you are having difficulty getting the correct pages to load on the site, you may want to empty your cache and delete cookies. By doing this, you'll be getting rid of temporary internet files (cookies) and internal links to previously viewed pages.

How to Empty Cache and Delete Cookies
Due to various operating systems, browsers, and internet service providers, these steps may be different for your system.

For Internet Explorer users:
Make sure your browser is open (you do not have to be logged onto the internet)
  • Click on Tools
  • Click on Internet Options
  • Click on Settings
  • Choose Every Visit to the Page (under check for newer versions of stored pages)
  • Click on View Files
  • Temporary Internet Files box is now open - Click on Edit, Click on Select All
  • Hit Delete button on your keyboard and click yes
  • Close Temporary Internet Files box by hitting x in upper right-hand corner
  • Close Settings box by hitting OK
  • Close Internet Options box by hitting OK
  • Retype the Web Address in the Address bar
  • Try logging in again
For Netscape users:
Make sure Netscape is CLOSED
  • Click on the Start menu in the lower left corner of your screen
  • Click on Programs
  • Click on Windows Explorer (Win 2000 and XP are different)
  • On the LEFT side of the screen, find the folder marked Program Files and click on the "+" next to it (not for Win 2000)
  • Find the folder marked Netscape and click on the "+" next to it
  • Find the folder marked Users and click on the "+" next to it
  • Find the folder marked with your user name (may be "default") and click on the folder ONCE
  • On the RIGHT side of the screen, find the file Cookies.txt and delete it
  • On the RIGHT, find the folder marked Cache and click on that TWICE
  • Hold down the Ctrl key and press the "A" key AT THE SAME TIME
  • Press the Delete key on your keyboard. Anytime you are prompted, select "YES"
  • Close Windows Explorer
For AOL users:
Make sure your AOL browser is open (must be logged onto the internet)
  • Click on My AOL
  • Click on Preferences
  • Click on WWW
  • Click on Settings
  • Choose Every Visit to the Page (under check for newer versions of stored pages)
  • Click on View Files
  • Temporary Internet Files box is now open - Click on Edit, Click on Select All\
  • Hit Delete button on your keyboard
  • Close Temporary Internet Files box by hitting x in upper right-hand corner
  • Close Settings box by hitting OK
  • Close Internet Options box by hitting OK
  • Retype the URL (Address) in the Keyword box
  • Try logging back on again
If the above steps do not solve your problem, please contact your internet service provider for browser maintenance or Partner Stores, Inc at 616.633.8992 anytime or send an email to partnerstoresinc.com.  Please leave the Subject field intact.  Changing it will send your email to the wrong department.  In the Body of the email, please explain in as much detail as possible the trouble you are experiencing.  Stating "it won't work" will cause your email to be placed, automatically, in the electronic round file.  If you do not know how to compose this email, please contact your internet service administrator or provider.
